Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 Ltr ICT is used as a daily family urban transport, highway cruiser, and off-road vacation vehicle. Also used as a tow vehicle, it is comfortable, economical (highly fuel efficient), and versatile. It is a very dependable vehicle.

The 4M41 is a turbocharged diesel engine with an MHI air blower that has been produced by Mitsubishi since 1999 and is used in popular Pajero SUVs, including the Sport model.  The intake ports were improved, a new intake manifold with swirl phases was installed, and the EGR system was improved. This enabled the ecological class to be raised.

PHC produces a Dual Mass Replacement (DMR) clutch kit for this application which gives owners the option to replace their factory Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF) with a more reliable cost-effective option.
A Dual Mass Flywheel (DMF) is made up of two flywheels that work together to decrease vibrations using dampening springs. It helps to prevent transmission damage, reduces noise, isolates engine vibrations improves shifting comfort. Dual Mass Flywheel Replacements (DMR) move the damping system from the flywheel to the clutch plate. This returns the flywheel back to a conventional solid mass flywheel, resulting in greater reliability, better thermal dynamics, cost efficiency and increased ability to handle higher torque.

VDMR2232N is designed to replace the Original Equipment (OE) unit, this kit includes a dual mass replacement flywheel which converts the clutch system to a solid mass flywheel (SMF).  However, you might experience slightly more noise or vibration compared to a DMF clutch. Note: As dual mass replacement/conversion (DMR) clutch kits do not as effectively dampen driveline noise or vibration an increased vibration and noise might be detectable, especially at low RPMs. However, this will not damage the vehicle’s driveline.
 

This clutch kit comes with a parts and labour warranty period of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers (whichever occurs first).
