Step 1: Diagnose the clutch malfunction prior to replacement:
Use this checklist
Is the hydraulic system properly functioning?
When the old clutch is being removed, are there oil leaks and any signs of red dust?
Are cracks on the clutch release fork?
Are there stretch signs on the clutch cable?
Is there any wearing on the release bearing guide tube?
Is anything wrong with the spigot bearing or the pilot bush? There is? Replace it.
Any shipping damage on the clutch?
